Profile of the Zayed Military Hospital : Zayed Military Hospital is the central hospital of the armed forces of the United Arab Emirates serving the soldiers and their dependents – a population of 250 000. In addition its services are available to the general public through a private clinic. The hospital has 350 beds. All medical and surgical specialties as well as radiology and clinical and surgical pathology are represented. Seven thousand inpatients with 125 000 patient days are treated and 4000 surgical procedures are performed each year in addition to 300 000 outpatient visits.
